A Mindfulness-Based Program to Unwind

Bringing awareness and kindness in exploring thought patterns and habit loops that may rob you of happiness, health, sleep and connections with family, friends or even yourself,

I will lead you in discovering how to apply the knowledge of how your brain and body works and respond with healthy behaviors that lead to greater resilience, calm and happiness. I am a qualified facilitator for Dr. Jud Brewers programs by Sharecare; Unwind, Eat Right Now and Craving to Quit and hold certification as a Brain Health and Neuro Coaching specialist, HeartMath Resilience Trainer, and am also author of Brains, Transform the Way You Live and Work. I specialize in educating and guiding others to shift patterns of thought and behaviors so they may transform the way they live and work.

This program is offered as one-on-one personal support or an intimate small-group experience. It integrates the materials and practices developed by researcher and addiction psychiatrist, Jud Brewer, M.D.,Ph.D.. Participants use the Unwinding App with daily lessons and attend weekly sessions with me.

WE ALL STRUGGLE WITH SOMETHING

We often run on auto-pilot, finding ourselves caught in unhealthy habit patterns.

Stress, anxiety, worry, emotional eating, self-judgement, obsessive thinking, tension, addiction and other habits. An estimated 40 million Americans are affected by anxiety on a regular basis. For many it’s a developed habit that can be untangled when you understand how your mind works.

Participants use the Unwinding Anxiety App with daily lessons and attend one-hour weekly sessions with Elizabeth Markie, qualified facilitator for Unwinding Anxiety, Eat Right Now and Craving to Quit.
