The Short Story

Using a combination of deep immersion into the study of neuroscience, natural intuition and my own life experiences, I help people traverse life’s complexities.

I’ve always been curious about our thinking, emotions, and behavior. After spending over 20 years in leadership and executive roles in the “corporate world”, I found a professional jumping-off point that allowed me to put life in balance with family and professional goals in alignment. In the year 2000, I founded WeImagine, Inc.® and proceeded to segue my curiosity into a successful business model of educating and coaching others as they navigate their own personal and/or professional challenges. In doing so, have personally coached and educated thousands in achieving their best self.

The Longer Story, made short….

Fascinated with recent neuroscience breakthroughs and cognitive implications, I obtained certifications in NeuroLeadership , as brain-based and brain health coach, mindfulness-based behavior change facilitator and as a HearthMath® Resilience Trainer. This, coupled with an understanding of self and a keen perception of people and situations has allowed me to hone my experience and become instrumental to others as they move through life’s complexities.

Blending neuroscience and neurobiology, I created Tri Brain®, a coaching approach and educational program that centers on the alignment and integrations of our three centers of intelligence; head, heart and gut brains. I leverage the most recent science and research of human development to help create new ways of thinking and enhance wellbeing.

Notably, my curiosity extends beyond the analytical and comprehensible into the unknown. My belief is that science and spirituality easily coexist. As a young child and throughout my life I have been gifted with strong intuitive insights. Seeking to understand my experiences, I turned to science. New technologies in the field of science are providing us an opportunity to explore the questions and mysteries of life on a deeper level than what has been available to us in the past. I view science as a tool to gain a deeper understanding of all life’s wonders and mysteries—a compass to help us navigate the existence of the human experience and the universe.

The journey and contemplation of oneself is a personal exploration for which the discovery is acceptance and understanding of self and others on a most profound level. I am honored to walk hand in hand as an exemplar and supportive companion to others on this path of discovery.

Who Am I, And What Can I Offer You?

Like you, I am continuously learning, growing, and evolving. Prior to dedicating my time to exploring neuroscience and neurobiology along with its application to behavior, I spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry where learning to anticipate and meet the needs of others was a required skill. I served in many capacities in both the restaurant and hotel industry. I earned my way to leadership and executive roles and loved every minute of it. However, I always felt as though I had another calling.

During my corporate career I served as an in-home hospice volunteer and bereavement support counselor. Holding the hands of others as they prepared to transition from this world led to deep conversations about life. The profound wisdom that was shared inspired me to contemplate and explore the mysteries and meaning of life. This resulted in a transformation of my own life and secured my commitment to live my life with purpose and meaning.

As life unfolded, I was presented the opportunity to live my commitment. I left the corporate world, married my soulmate, was gifted the birth of our son, and continued to deepen my studies of human thought, emotion, and behavior in addition to expanding my own personal practice of alternative healing modalities, meditation and mindfulness.

Life brings many experiences that provide us the opportunity to learn some very valuable lessons. They have revealed themselves to me in relationships, sudden events, and other life changing experiences. Some of my lessons have come under the disguise of hardship and challenge and others I have perceived as wonderful and inherently fulfilling. But in each instance, how I have chosen to respond to these experiences and my ability to learn from them has depended on my mindset.

What I have learned by blending ancient wisdom with modern science and putting that knowledge into practice has allowed me to avoid going through life on autopilot, to become an observer as well as an active participant in my life. I have learned to respond in a more proactive, constructive, and appreciative way to my daily environment rather than to react from a place of fear. While I am far from perfect in doing this consistently, the improvements I have made have resulted in a tremendous positive impact on the quality of my life. Understanding how my brain and nervous system work was a game changer for me.

When you understand how your mind, brain, heart, and intuitive sources of intelligence function, you become capable of experiencing and managing your thoughts, emotions and behaviors in a way that allows you to experience the joy and richness of your life journey. I have found my life purpose. That is to guide and support others on their personal journey of life and discovery. I am passionate about sharing the knowledge I have gained so that you too can find meaning, purpose, and joy in life.

What I offer to you is the opportunity to transform the way you live. Your familiar filters will shift and your perspectives will evolve, creating new frameworks for looking at opportunities and challenges. You will reshape your brain and nervous system in a way that results in greater resilience, calm, clarity and overall happiness.
